This policy describes how Eszter Armstead (“Front Range Doula,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit frontrangedoula.com or use the website chat assistant.
Who we are
Front Range Doula provides birth doula and postpartum doula services in the Colorado Front Range. Contact: hello@frontrangedoula.com.
Chat and lead information
When you use the on-site chat assistant, you may choose to share personal information, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Due date or timing of your baby’s arrival
- Birth setting (for example home, hospital, or birth center)
- Preferred contact time
- Pregnancy, birth, or postpartum messages you type in chat
- The full chat transcript for that conversation
We also receive standard technical data from our hosting and security providers (for example IP address, browser type, and timestamps). If you email us directly at hello@frontrangedoula.com, we receive your message and email address.
Health-related information
You may share pregnancy, birth, or postpartum details in chat. This information is sensitive. We use it only to respond to you, prepare for doula support, and improve how the assistant gathers intake details for Eszter. We do not sell your information. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA; this site is not a patient portal.
Automated assistant and AI
The chat is an automated assistant on Cloudflare’s network. Your messages may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI and by indexed site content (public service information and FAQ-style knowledge) to generate replies. The assistant is not Eszter, is not a human, and does not provide medical advice. For personalized care, booking, or complex questions, Eszter follows up personally using the contact details you provide.
How we use information
- Answer questions and collect intake details for Eszter to review
- Contact you about doula services you requested
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and chat
- Comply with legal obligations when required
Storage and retention (Cloudflare KV)
Chat and lead data are stored in Cloudflare Workers and KV so Eszter can review inquiries. We use two storage buckets:
- Conversation records (active chat sessions): retained for up to seven days, then they expire automatically.
- Lead records (contact and intake you shared): kept for business follow-up until deleted on request or no longer needed. Lead records do not expire automatically.
Your browser keeps the active chat only for the current tab session — when you close the tab, that conversation ID is not stored for a later visit.
Security check (Turnstile)
Before you open the chat, Cloudflare Turnstile may run a brief bot check. Turnstile processes technical signals only; it does not receive the content of your chat messages.
Service providers (processors)
We do not sell personal information. We use Cloudflare as a processor for website hosting, CDN, Workers, KV storage, Turnstile, and Workers AI, under contracts appropriate to their role. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your rights and deletion requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of chat or lead information you provided by emailing hello@frontrangedoula.com. We will confirm your request and delete or correct the information within 30 days where applicable. You can stop using the chat at any time. Session-only storage in your browser is cleared when you close the tab.
Children
This site is intended for adults seeking doula support. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
